Thank you Mike and Mark for taking care of the car and personal attention to details while also listening to my explanations regarding the quirks of my tuned G37S. Not only to me, I noticed these guys were professional, respectful of time, and gave all their customers exceptional care in their explanations and service. Infinitis are imo the most reliable machines on the road to begin with, and this is a luxury dealership by all standards. There was no pushy superiority aura in the showroom, it was relaxed and comfortable; whether in the service area, waiting lounge, in the showroom, the front desk, even the initial phone call to set the appointment was chill and unrushed. I'm from out of town, not a regular and did not purchase my vehicle from here but one can tell that these guys strive to deliver top notch business. Thank you!

I just bought my 2014 gl 450 from West Herr. Car was getting shipped out to chicago. My sales rep was Jessie and he showed me everything, all small damages, scratches ,dings etc. for last 7 years I have been buying all my cars online and by far this was my best experience. Jessie did not hide anything from me. All negotiations were done in professional manner. He even helped me save $300 on shipping cost and his team helped me save $800 on extended warranty. After my car delivery I txted him for something else and he responded immediately. ( most dealers won’t bother as they got their money) When I buy cars online I leave some room assuming that dealers are not going to disclose every flaw of the car. Jessie raised that bar a little to high.. he showed me 1 scratch 1 chip and 1 ding via video. I still couldn’t locate that 1 ding yet ?. Make sure you ask for him if you are buying a car, you will not be dissapointed

Drove from Syracuse and stopped in. Told them I had to drive back after a business meeting. Worked a fair deal and their team had vehicle ready following my meeting. Couldn’t have been more appreciative to nick and the rest of the team
